Default Help with Thundermax AT installation

I know Zippers isn't open on Christmas Eve, so I'm seeking help from those who have been down this road before.
I've read the manual and instructions but one thing I haven't seen mentioned there or on any thread here is:

WHAT do you do with the original wires that ran to the old narrow band sensors?

*****edited to add*****

It's done!
TmaxAT installed without incident.

I had a scare when I hooked up the computer and it wouldn't link with ECM.
I was using the supplied old style cable in a port on back of computer.
After I hooked up a USB adapter and loaded drivers (reverting to outdated technology!) it worked without a hitch.
I don't understand why it would work by adding what could be another useless link and potential source of bad connection, but wouldn't work in the more direct manner with cable plugged into port.

At any rate, it's working now. Bike started right up and ran better than ever from the get-go. No decel pop, no ping, no worries. Fat Cats sound much better than stock crossover pipes with Screamin' Eagle mufflers!

Leave the old cables, there are plugs to cap them off. As far as routing, you pretty much follow the instructions and probably will have to coil up the rear cable, as it's quite long.

There is a plug on the old sensors wires and T-Max sends caps to go on them. Just follow the wires and you will see the plug. Good luck and I know you will love the Thundermax. I know I do!

Got mine at Eastern Performance. They are a sponser here and there is a link at the top of the screen when you sign on. I give them 2 thumbs up for service and attitude.

The stock 02 sensors unplug then there is a cap that goes on the bike wiring harness. Stock 02s goes in toolbox, not to used again until you put stock ecm back on for whatever reasons.....

New ecm routing will follow the bottom of the frame rail

Yeah, What they said!
My install went smoothly, but mine is an 06 so didn't have old sensors to remove. I got a set of 07 headpipes off ebay and when they came, they still had the narrowband sensors in them. Save them, and secure the old wiring. Someday they might come in handy if you trade up or out and want to get some return out of the TMax by reselling it.
Make sure you've got the LATEST downloads of maps and firmware from Zippers. Also, make sure you're using the latest tuning manual. The firmware that Randy sent me last week was ver 4.5 and the version downloaded from the web was 4.4 the day before. There is a difference.
In another day or two I'm going to update a problem post about my TMax. I love it. Sounds, Runs, Starts and Accelerates WAY better. There's just that little issue of getting left on the side of the road. TWICE now. I've done some work and need to give it time and miles to see what the result is.
Another piece of advice. Don't get ride of that stock ecm either. It just may save your *** one day. To echo another good thread: Ask me how I know. . .LoL
