dunlop p/t tires

ran this on the wheel site but no replies, so here goes, I am thinking of going away from the laced wheels onmy electra glide classic and bought a set of used 9 spoke mag wheels that have the dunlop p/t police tires on them, same size i now have on the bike, has anyone had any experience with running them on a cruiser? the tires are used but low miles.

I am no expert but from what I have read they are not rated for two up riding , they are also run flat as I understand it but if you ride single you should be good to go.

I bought an 06 RK Police bike with 4000 miles,and it came with the cop tires. I have put another 2000 miles on the bike no problem they will tell you to change them out if you want to ride 2 up.Not designed to handle weight whatever,but they work fine after talking to some others for 2 up. They are RUN FLAT tires FOR WHATEVER THAT MEANS,Dont know how long our fast they will run,hopefully they will get ya somewhere..

I have them on my 04 FLHPI Road King. They are not recommended for two up riding. Although I did wear them out two up, I will be taking them off and replacing with 402 Dunlops.
