Default new engine

I have a 1998 FLHTCU-I (EFI) and am looking at replacing the engine this winter with an aftrermarket engine. Looking for those with that experience and what their thoughts are & recommendations?

Jim's 120. Out of the crate and into the frame. Guaranteed 120hp. I have several miles on mine and love it. Can be purchased with the Evo style mounts. Would recommend changing the throttle body to Speed's 51mm single bore units using the red, stage 2 injectors and a Sert.
Look for some better brakes, and or at least going with a good pad, stainless lines. Upgrade the belt with the sidecar heavy duty belt p/n 40130-03. The only other problems next to that is finding enough time in a day to enjoy it.

Ultima 120" 130 HP 140 Tq, take the money you saved put it in your pocketor buy new pipes, six speed overdrive, maybe a fancy throttle body and controller. We've installed a few of these and I have one in our bagger, they are great. If you have any questions Pm me.

why not just rebuild the motor you have? I'm personally not a big fan of the ultima motor. The Jims might cost more money but its a more solid motor in my opinion.
