I'm going to Disneyland in February and one of the days, rather than walk around with my dorky Mousekateer ears on - I'm going to rent a SG or RG. I have found several HD dealers in the OC area (HD of Anaheim) that I can rent from. Or I could rent from Eagle Rider, but that would be a jaunt from the Anaheim area.
I guess my question is - has anybody rented from HD of Anaheim? Good or bad experience?
Also - has anybody rented from Eagle Rider in LA? Good or bad experience? Which location did you use?
Rent from Anaheim. I have rented from them, Laidlaw (Covina)and Quaid (Loma Linda). Not much of a difference. Renting in Anaheim takes all the hassel out of it.
I'm a transplanted Tacoma boy... If you need someone to scoot with... drop me a PM. I'll round up some of the fellas. If you can squeeze out a Saturday or Sunday... we'll take you over to Cooks Corner for a greasy lunch
Son has rented from EAGLE RIDER LAX a few times & never had a problem... I have used EAGLE RIDER in a few different areas (Vegas) with GREAT results
Alot of out of town riders who took the Ride Like A Pro course from me rented from all of those places, Anaheim, Eagle Rider, and Rte66 Riders. No one has to rent bikes these day because I now have training bikes available. But when they did rent they all had pretty much the same experience, no complaints, just aLARGE DEPOSIT on their credit card. I say rent from the closest and easiest for you. These guys did the same thing as you. While the wife was riding "Small World" and waiting in line for "Indiana Jones", they were off either taking the course, or cruising around the beach. Make sure you bring your leathers because it does get cold.

Many Thanks Mates!

Just read your post. I would recommend that you rent from Anaheim-Fullerton HD. I have rented from them before and have a lot of experience with them. Theowner is a friend of mineand I know mostof the employees that work there. It also happens to be my home dealer. Since you will be going to Disneyland I assume you will be staying in the area? Renting locallymakessense so you're not wasting time riding all over town just to pick-up/drop off your rental.
If you like, when you're ready to book your reservation I will put you in touch with the right person and I'll ask him to give you a discount on the rental. Also if you're interested in seeing some of the sights while you're in town, I'd be happy to take you on some local rides.
