Buy it???
I am looking at a 07 Road Glide w/ 3700 miles. Looks and sounds great. Is 18k out the door too much??? I'm a BMW guy switching gears. KBB low is $12105, retail is$16845.

KBB for motorcycles is a JOKE so is NADA (I deal with Motorcycle Values daily)....
If it's STOCK then 18K is to much... $15,900.00 - $16250.00 is more in the ball park for a stock "USED" '07 Road Glide
Bling Bling (chrome) is worth almost nothing in re-sale may be .10 - .25 on the dollar
Performance up-grade is a plus in value but not @ 100% of cost... and depends what the performance up-grades are...

IDS is the isolated drive system that was introduced on all the 08 tourers and offered as an upgrade on the 07's. If you do end up with the scoot you should have that thrown in.

If it does the actual bike price is in the mid-low $16's.
"out the door" usually means tax's, license, Doc fees included.

Correct above, the $18k is out the door, taxes and whatever other charges. Complicating it a bit more, is that I am trading in my paid off BMW for $9k. So it is my bike + $9k. I am going in tomorrow to see if I can make it a HD new year. I didn't have my trade w/ me today.
