Default street glide tank badges

I removed the tank badges from my Street Glide and decided i like it better with them on. My question is when you buy new tank badges do they come with a template to help get them in the right place or do i need to just eyeball it. Also if you have any suggestions for allignment chime in.

no template just eyeball them in. my suggestion would be, go find a local body shop that you trust and let them help out putting them on, or when you order your newones ask the dealer who they would suggest to help put them on. I'm sure they have a paint guy they use regularly

Just eye ball them. I changed the ones on my Road King, easy to do, just take your time. What wheels do you have?

Just take a few measurements and use some masking tape to mark it. Then just match it on the other side

ThanKs guys i ended up re using the old ones. it took a long time to make the tape right on the back of the emblems i used an axacto knife and cut out the tape so it didnt show from the front side. i printed some pics and took them out to the garage and just eyeballed it. I figure i will just call over my friends the critics to make sure they are placed right.

the wheels are MC morotsports the style is the reaper.
