First of all I am BACK!....YEAH!....
so this is what i have done:
R/H TD
A/N Big Sucker
PC3
RK High Bars
Everything is working great except for my throttle cable...since I have installed the high bars (which are PERFECT (should have done it long ago) ) my darn throttle cable does not snap back like it used to....I know everyone says no cable change is required...so tell me what the heck is causing the cable to bind?....could it be the fact that my bike sat for 15 months?...thanks in advance for your help

Not sure what the rise on those bars are, but when I switched to my 10" rise bars I started with the stock cables... No Bueno!! I had them so loose there was a ton of play in the grip and then with the bars turned fully to the left, throttle stickage... Not good! I switched to a set of +3's and problem solved...
