That was my plan when I changed from a softail to my ultra a few years ago, when I couldn't ride because of physical limitations theUltra I could trike it and still more years in the saddle ahead of me.
The way they are tricking those things out these days they look cool and handle good, may add 10 more years of riding time for me, especially with some of the new designs that lean too, I'm excited at Imight still be riding when I get 65 I don't really care what it will be as long as it gives me the same feeling I get from my bike now.
Total pleasure and enjoyment, there is nothing else like it. I guess it comes from being my first ride was a bike at 15, that total experience of freedom for the first time in my life, dependent upon no one, go where you want, when you want, and the feeling of the wind against you was great, I still feel that every time Iride.

Don't have to be old to add a third wheel.

Age sometimes has nothing to do with it, medical problems, inseam length, able to support 2 up riding etc.....

The new trike kits are sa-weet looking, I really like the California Sidecar kit....complete design for trike application, not a cut down truck read end.....independent suspension, nice unit......
