Opened my SE adjustables, popped in the o-rings on the heads and the lifter covers, put together the tubes, then found out they packaged 3 exhaust pushrods and 1 intake pushrod [sm=oopssign.gif]so's now I still can't finish it until I can go swap one out of another package[:@] I hate delays!!!

I thoughtI was the only one crap like that happened to.[&:]
Man you really just put me in a bad way. I just realized that I installed mine wihtout knowing there was a difference. Now I have to go out in the garage and double-check them. I have to remove then and then re-install them. Damn!
The exhaust pushrods are slightly longer. Since I have three of them I wonder if It would hurt to use it on the intake since you have to "unscrew" them to adjust them. What would be the difference if instead of 2 1/2 turns I did that one 2 and "almost" 1/2 turns??
Checked them and they ended up being wrong. All back together now. Really not a big deal as you can adjust them to where the need to be, but for longevity it is worthwhile to wait for the right ones. I am not sure if the shortened part of the PR would create a weak point by there not being too many threads / leverage to hold it together. That is just a guess but I am not an engineer nor did I stay at a holiday inn express last night.
Hey Dawg, I can relate.
I had a top end motor job to do on my bike - ordered the parts, started the job the next day (3 days of rain forecasted ) and found out that the complete top end kit was missing a head gasket....Nearest dealer 83 miles away. I was ticked!
