Default Passing Lamps and Wind Deflectors

Has anyone seen these two parts together? I have asked several people at several different Dealerships. The only answer I ever get is "it should" There is nothing in the parts catalog that says yes or no either. Does anyone know for sure and are there any pictures out there?

Willthese two parts work together on my Road King Custom?

To use them on my Classic I would have had to move the lights to the forward hole. Personally, I don't like the look of them anyway.

Odered a set for my RHC with those same lights and returned them. They do not fit.
Just recently someone told me to try turning them around and doing the install Have no idea if that would work.

No way will it work. The mounting post is right on the side where the deflectors are bolted over. Moving the lights to the forward hole is for those running stock passing lamps which are mounted to the passing lamp bracket under the headlight. Unless your (stock) passing lamps are mounted all the way back in the slot, you don't need to move them forward. The deflectors will just barely touch the back of the passing lamps, and you can still clean them.

I know they won't work out of the box.
Didn't sound right to turn the deflectors around.
Too bad, I would like to have them with my lights.
