Don't worry about it. I never put anything in my tank when I store it for the winter. Never had a problem with start up in the summer. Then I just run the tank out and refill it, and I'm ready for the warm weather riding.
I never put anything in my snowmobiles either. I just parked them after the last ride, and they started right up next winter.
I look at the gas stabilizers as an option needed if you plan on storing the item, (whether it be a bike, snowmobile, generater or whatever,) for up to a years time. They are just another get rich scam from the manufacturers of the stabilizers. Never used them, never will.
If you're worried about it, go out every two to three weeks and run the motor to operating temp, shut it off and forget about it.
