Going to daytona for bike week. What hotel/motel has decent accomadations and security for the bike? I willhave an open trailer and truck. Also, I want to be near the action, noise etc. Please be specific so I can make my arrangements this week. My buds all want to stay where it is quiter so let me know a few away from the action places too.
Thanks
You could stay in orlando, we did one year it was about an hour ride each way, there is some things going on in orlando during bike week also. That way you could get away from all the crazinest.
id try to stay no more than about an hour away at a friend or relatives place(keep bikes in a garage) or just ride around and eye ball a place or even as some peeps once you get there. make it an adventure, thats what i did last year and it was a hoot. btw good place to fish and chill out in st augustine.
Not sure if you are into the relaxing thing but I just stayed at a Bed and Breakfast in Flagler Beach and it was great. They told me they get alot of bikers during bike week and biketoberfest. They are about 12 miles notrth of destination daytona if that helps. The place is the white orchid inn.
I make day trips to daytona as i live about 2 hours south in melbourne.

Here ya go man, I think this is exactly what your looking for and you and your buds will be happy. Perry's Ocean Edge is the sh*t, all the rooms are newly remodeled and the place is spotless clean as well as right on the beach. They have COVERED and secured bike parking that is watched 24/7 and they offer secured trailer parking as well. It's located in south Daytona about 3 minutes from main street and 20 appox. from Destination Daytona. It's close enough to be at the parties in just a few minutes but far enough away that it's pretty quite when you need some rest. Tiki bars out on the beach to grab drinks during the day and IHOP across the street to fend off the hangover. I really think you'd like it there, we hit it every year. Hope ya have a good time, just watch out for 5-0! [sm=smiley20.gif]
Ill be down there as well.We are staying at a camp ground called koa.But were thinking of moving to a site with a bar on location.I called a couple today but their prices are through the roof
Gonna be in Orlando on a business trip... So I will be heading out to Daytona nightly... I wont have my own ride, will be on a rental, but it'll be a blast anyway
