I've heard you can go up to 2.5" baffles on the Rush mufs, but over 2" (I think), the performance starts to degrade. That being said, you still need to consider some kind of fuel management system if you are doing both the AC and slipons. Something like a PCIII, SERT, Fuelpak, or TMax. You can get away with slipons only, but more than that, it will need more fuel, or you run the risk and likelyhood of burning up your motor.

A quick call to Jaime at Fuel Moto and you can get your questions answered. Or you can call your local dealer.

Loudest? I don't know. A lot of the "loudest" pipesactualy sound like chit. Some of the lower aftermarket pipes have a better sound thatcan still be pretty loud.Plus you got 4 speakers on your nice new ride. Why not be able to use them? Not trying to tell ya yer bussiness though, just asking.

Another thing to consider is that you have cats on that '08.

BTW...I just noticed this was your first post! Welcome to the fourm! Now go to the new member thread and intro yerself to be polite. Congrats on the new scoot. There is a ton of infor here at HDF, if you take the time to read, search, ask, and listen.

Your can install "MOST" Slip-ons and not mess with the computer - Put on a air kit and you better get a fuel management system

You want noise... THUNDERHEADERS
