If I am not mistaken the calibration file #78 is for your exact setup. You may just want to try loading it into your ECM and do some data recordings to see how far off it is. I agree that the dyno is the best option, but it may not be necessary in the short term if the delivered calibration matches your bike and the bike is running fine.
It is important to note that the calibrations sent with the SERT are for all Harley parts. If you are using all harley parts and that matches the calibration you will not be that far off. The ECM will adjust for the minor differences. If you want 100% then you will need a dyno, if you are happy with 90-95 percent then uploading a matching calibration will be fine. I would equate this with just putting on slip-on pipes and doing nothing - the ECM adjusts somewhat to the difference in airflow. There are tons of people who did what you have done and paid for a stage 1 upload and are happy. This is very similar given that everything matches identically.
Hey D, how many miles on the on before you realized cylinder was scorched, & what indications did you get? I'm in the break in period and curious because I will not get mine Dynoed until 1000mi. service. Currently 400mi.

don't waste your time or moneyand just get the bike dyno'd. A box map will not be spot on for yours or anybody else's bike. Yes, it will run but it will still run, rear cylinder lean probably, and you will not get the best air/fuel mixture you could get. Check this out http://mysite.verizon.net/res07ude/t...ellc/id16.htmlit will answer your questions and explain why I say that. I have an 07 FLHX and an 08 UC both same stage1 setup canned maps and both bikes run totally different until I had the 08 Dyno'd, glad I did. It scorched my brand new(rear cyl)500.00 V&H slip-ons.

Again, V&H are not Harley parts and while the stage downloads work it is not apples to apples. I agree that a dyno would give better results but in this case all things are not equal.
