No, they were using a civilian SWAT type of guards (they were a joke really) when I was there. I was an Electronics/Electrical troubleshooter for the crypto gear. Beautiful state Conneticut, but some of the people were less than friendly. I was told it was just the new england way. Anyway did't stay long got recruited for another job for a lot more $. Good memories though.

when riding horses we used to call it a drop rein hitch.
Horse was taught to stay where he was when the rein was dropped to the ground.
Maybe they are training bikes the sme way??? (lol)

What a waste of money. I never see bikes with whips in the Chicago / Milwaukee area. Must be a west coast thing.
