Default fairing or conventional mirrors
im need to get new mirrors for my 1990 electra glide and see fairing mirrors on newer bikes and they look cool. i have wide sholders, will the fairing mirrors work? any pro/cons on the fairing setup. whats brands are good.

Heres a cheap fix for your mirror problem, get a set off of a sportster they are an inch wider work great for us big guys.

I sat on an Ultra with the fairing mirrors and didn't like them, couldn't see as well as the OEM, I went with the split image mirrors and really like them. Did about 200 miles on Sunday and they are great. Wish they had the Muth type with turn signal LEDs in the mirror.

conventional work best for bigger guys.
