Best, differences of opion, but this is the one I bought 10 minute install, Wheeldock EZ-UP center stand very heavy material first class comes in black powder coat or chrome end (the only part that shows) and yep my 130lb wife can set the Ultra on it by herself.
Well whatever you do don't pick the one from Rivco. I tried that on my 99 Ultra and for some reason it kept hitting my oil pan and would not retract fully. After contacting the company last August they said that just wasn't possible and blew me off. I tried to live with it but eventually caught one of the legs on a steep drive and levered the rear tire off the ground. Fortunately only a few scrapes and bruises as it was a low speed affair. They then offered to exchange for merchandise but all I wanted was a stand that worked. I'll never use them or EGlide Goodies again (retailer I bought it from. They bailed from the gitgo)
Just bought a Wheeldock. Great customer support too. I bought it mostly because it is a "ride off" stand. When I ride with my wife, it makes it much easier for her to get on the bike first then me and I can simply ride off the stand. If you want to raise the rear tire off the ground for cleaning or whatever, you have to put a board under the stand. Also, the Wheeldock is not adjustable so you have to buy the right stand for your bike or a different one if you lower your bike.
I put a Rivco on my 05 Road Glide, no problem with clearance at all on mine very easy install and easy to put up on the stand, main thing I was looking for was being able to raise the rear wheel
off the ground for cleaning and god forbid being able to plug a flat on the road (important when on a trip) took all of 15 minutes to install, high quailty chrome and a solid lifting arm, I'm pretty hard in the turns and so far no dragging, tucks up out of the way very nicely! I'm very pleased with it!
