Default DIY Harley Bluetooth

I realize I may get flamed here however I got to ask. Has anyone done the Harley optional Bluetooth harness install themselves? I understand about the additional harness (70164-06). Is this something that I can install myself or should I have Dealer do it. Dealer said about 2 1/2 hour install (labor) to do it. I am somewhat mechanical, however I have never worked on a bike. Only cars.

How hard could it be? I'd probably do it myself, but then I'm cheap.

If they are saying 2 1/2, you can probably do it in under 2.

I have done it, if you have the tools and a little know how, you can do it in 2 hours or less..... you need to remove the seat, the fairing, run wire through the tour pak under the seat, under the tank into the fairing, you will assemble a plug to plug into a wiring harness, you will take an additional pair of wires red and black to plug into another existing harness .... by the way, you need to buy another wiring harness that is not included, there are 2 versions, if you ever intend to install xm radio, buy the 2 product harness otherwise you will need to replace the slightly cheaper harness later to upgrade.... you will love this option, it will adopt your phone book and works great...

Does the shop manual discuss installs like this?
