I know someone else here did the same thing, but they used a sporty caliper insert. I used the slightly larger one and it covered the whole top of the cap, not just the indentation. I first took a dipstick (take-off from the shop, didn't want to fug my own up if it didn't work out) and put it to a bench grinder and ground the top of it flat because the 07+ dipsticks have that little convex area in the middle. Then I slapped the insert on and voila! I had thought about painting the entire top of the dipstick the engine wrinkle black prior to putting on the insert but I didn't.
Used the same part to replace the console washer on my 05 RKC.
Drilled a hole in the center and used a chrome torx head screw to hold it on.
Way cheaper than those special console nuts and way better looking too.
