Ya gotta cut 'em off - or drill 'em out.

I used a small chisel on the edge and got them loose, then when I reinstalled I did NOT use them again, I never leave the bike long enough for them to take to whole lock off,

You can grab them with a set of vise grips.

I'm with Pastor John. I took mine off (to switch to a new bike) with a pair of needle nose visegrips.

Different companies make a tool to remove the one way screws. They are the same screws that are used to assemble doors on public rest rooms. When I bought mine I did a search for one way screwdrivers and came up with a couple of different ones. They look like a screwdriver with two small prongs on the end.You can take the one way screws out easily and reuse them over and over.
