Default Ultra fork wind deflectors

I was thinking of putting on HD part # 58121-85B Wind Deflectors on my bike. I was going to have them blacked out with the rest of my front end. But the book says you cannot use these with lowers on the bike. I must have been imanagining things, because I could of swore I had seen them on Ultra's in the past. Anybody rideng an Ultra or EG with lowersusing these wind Deflectors and if not these, some others out there I may look at?

Scouts honor; If I buy the HD Wind Deflectors or anyother like productI will take full repsonsibility for my expenditures regardless ofany advise rendered in response to my inquire and/or any good or badexperiences I incounterwith the wind deflectors I purchase.

It was my understanding that they wouldn't work....but that's how most things get designed or fabricated, someone tells the other guy " that won't work"....post a picture when you get them installed...I have a set for my EGC and have lowers also.....I think it would look good.

I have them on my Classic and at full lock they come pretty close to the engine guard. I can see where they may hit the lowers.

Do a search.. there is a couple of guys on here that have them on their Ultras with lowers as well. They do work, but it might only be with the older style lowers (didnt they change in 03?).

Have you tried the fork baffle yet? Pretty cheap ($20)and may solveany wind issues you're trying to fix.

Consider the fork baffle. Works pretty good.
