Fuelmotto has a new custom tuned baffle for the Rush mufflers. Suppose to be quiet at cruise with a nice bark when ya twist the grip They report excellenthp & tq numbers. Anybody try'em yet?
I think the member "iclick" has them.
The search function seems a little off today , so I'm going by memory.
Seems like a neat idea , capitalizing on the stock crossover pipe design to improve the muffler performance.
I'm getting interested in the fuelmoto/rush mufflers myself.

I have them and they work exactly as advertised. I love 'em. The bike really pulls from 3000 to 4000 rpm. Nice thump at idle, wicked snarl on the gas, meanglass pack rumble when I back off and "relatively" quiet cruising: my wife and I can talk and hear the radio. Definitely not too quiet.
Could you give me a rough comparison to the 1.75's? I am just getting ready to pull them (if I can, I tried once before and couldn't get them out)and repack. They have gotten just a tad too loud.
On this forum I have heard that Jamies pipes are quieter than the 1.75's and Jamie will replace his glass if it burns out. I put the pipes on first just to hear what they sounded like. Then I did the Big Sucker and the PC (with Fuelmoto's dyno tuned map): the pipes got louder cuz it's getting more gas. I would do it for the performance, I can't gaurantee it will be a lot quieter.
After living with these baffles for several months I can attest that for me they are just what the doctor ordered. Performance is as good as you can expect with a 2-into-1 system at a much lower cost. Exhaust tone is noticeably and pleasantly quieter, but still retains the sound that reminds us what we're riding. I have no trouble hearing the stereo and my ears don't ring after a long ride. What's missing is the noticeable bark that existed with the 1.75 bafffles, which I never quite got used to. It reminded me of a stock muffler with drilled baffles. These custom baffles are quieter than the 1.75's, which are what I had installed previously, mostly because of high-tech baffling material Jamie is using. He says it is not only quieter but more durable, and he will guarantee this packing material for life. I would definitely not go back to the old setup.
