I was looking into rider > passenger or bike > bike intercoms a while back. It came down to either the Nady's (I have experience with their wireless guitar products and love 'em) or the Blue Ant.
Both look to be quality products, but it seems the Blue Ant is the more popular choice.
I've been looking at them also. There is some info over on the Zumo forum. Some pro some con.
A few have reported that there is always a background buzz and that they don't work well at speed. In all fairness others loved them and I have no first hand knowledge yet. Just passing along another place you might look for opinions.
