I haven't got over the shock that my 08 Streetglide has front brakes. Brakes and cigarette lighters what will they come up with next.
ORIGINAL: Drifting Texas
After owning my Ultra Classic for a little over a year and a half I was taking the outer fairing off to do some work inside it when I discovered a cigarette lighter on the lower inside left of the fairing. I flat never noticed it before. Cracked me up, how did I miss it for this long? It would have been even funnier if I was a smoker.
I'm still trying to figure out where the blinker fluid goes in at.
My blinkers are blinking slow, and some oen here, or maybe the dealer
said to fill them back up again.
I asked how often they need filled. They said depends.
depends on what
How much you use the blinkers.
Makes sense I guess.
When I was getting the tour of the new bike by the salesman when I got the '07, I noticed that there was no threaded end cap on the left grip. When I asked where they hid the valve for adjusting the front air shock pressure, he gave me a bewildered, you gotta be kiddin' me look. I felt a little stupid that I didn't know about the change in the front suspension (I guess a long time ago) until then.
We were out for a ride once and pulled off for a break when this kid walked up and asked for a light. Since none of us smoke I was going to tell him he's out of luck when my buddy with a classic says YEAH. I couldn't believe it, I never new they had them either. I do know my Road King doesn't have one - but the wipers work great
