Default Loud pipe enforcement

I live in Ontario Canada and so far the police have been pretty good about aftermarket pipes. There is a lot of discussion on how strict the U.S. police will be going forward. I and a lot of my friends travel extensively in the U.S. and I would like to know from your actual experiences if you have had any problems with the law because of your aftermarket pipes.
I have a 2008 CVO Ultra and would like to put something other than stock on it. I know the Rinehart TDs I had on my 03 Roadglide will probably attract some attention. Other than Denver and California, what's the real story.

Good to go in Wisconsin! No problems to report here unless your doing it intentionally to be obnoxious then you might have a problem.

Stay out of Denver Colo. They seem to be the only ones I know of enforcing noise laws. 2" drags on one of my bikes no problem with any LEO'S down here in SC.

Have driven in the U.S. and have had no problems yet.

Mind you, I don't crank on it in town too much either.

I have heard certain cities in Ontario have been bad - Sudbury for example.

Cops go into Tim Hortons where everyone is sitting around shooting the $hit and start writing tickets as people leave...

So far Wyoming doesn't have any restrictions and in colorado so far it appears to only be Denver.
The law is aimed at everybody, but in reality the lea can't target everybody, not enough manpower or resource for that.
I have moderate pipes (samson slip on for baggers).
I just try to be conscientious and not rap them out in quiet areas.
If all would do that we wouldn't have these sill ordinances pushed on us.
But there is always some hot dogger that just has to rap his pipes at 2:00am in a quiet residential area.
Like they say, "one bad apple spoils the whole basket!"
