CRASHIN SUCKS... But turn it over to your insurance company...
Ft Crash Bar $200.00
Hard Bags $1500.00
Floorbrd bracket & floorbrd $167.00
If you hit the engine guard I'll bet you also taged the Saddlebag Guards also and s muffler or two... I would bet your damage if you look real close will exceed $2000.00 easy...
It really does add up quick. Just having my bike on its side (all minor but the tour pak..long story). I insurance replaced every little scratch...came out at $1600....Which was the tour pak (bucket/lights/hinges only), bag guard, crash bar, and just the painted section of the lower fairing.....
Consider filing an insurance claim...if it is someone else's fault file against them...
Don't even try to straighten the crash bar. Just get a new one.
Your bags are not fibre glass.
They are a type of abs plastic.
If minor crack it can be welded with a plastic welder if anyone in your area does it.
Major crack, buy new or used one and repaint it

Sorry about the fall! I've welded PVC pipe with a similar welder and you have to use "like" material. The Eastwood system looks interesting and may be your best bet if you try to weld. You would need to lay the bead on the inside as you don't grind or sand any off for strength. They have universal rods. I don't know what damage the heat would do to your paint in any.
I would venture to say the downtubes and neck wer not bent.
The small hoizontal metal plate that the crashbar mounts to below
the neck probably was.
Granted being welded to the frsme it makes it part of the frame.
I took a very hard hit back in 02 (blacked out). Went airborn did
a 360 barrel roll(witnesses). Completely totaled bike.
Stripped it down and took to three shops to verify straight. It was
so I reused it.
That metal tab can be bent by pushing too hard with feet on the bar
or just falling over off the kick stand.
But granted I haven't seen your buddies.

Make sure you check where the crash bar secures to the frame, buddy dumped his and it turned out the frame was bent, (On an 01 Ultra)
