If this bag is on the bike you're showing..it's not fiberglass.
The other parts could be easily, and cheaply replaced on Ebay or on this forum in the "Parts For Sale" listing.

that sux. at least you are not getting ankle hardware like my buddy. on a happy note, i've got a smokin' deal on floorboard brackets. there was a crashbar in the parts for sale too.
Don't even try to straighten the crash bar. Just get a new one.
Your bags are not fibre glass.
They are a type of abs plastic.
If minor crack it can be welded with a plastic welder if anyone in your area does it.
Major crack, buy new or used one and repaint it
