I second that... they are 4 inches higher and 2 inches closer to you. I'm 5'8" and they are almost perfect, but I'd like about 2 more inches of pullback.
The good thing with these bars is that you can use your stock cables and it still looks good.

Check out the RK chrome high bars. Best $50 bucks I've spent.
When I was looking to replace the stock bars on my '06 RK Classic I had the chance to sit on 2 bikes side-by-side that were set up with two different style bars. One of the bikes had Heritage bars and the other had RoadGlide bars, they both were far better.....I chose the RG bars over the Heritage bars and love them.
I was able to try this same thing out yesterday and I'm planning on the RG bars too.
I put the road king custom bars on my road king loved them. I tried the heritage bars and hated the way they turned my wrists. I liked the road king touring bars but there wasn't enough pull back. The road king custom bars required brake lines and throttle cablesnot alot of expense considering the wear and tear on my shoulder well worth it
I did the same....love the custom bars i can now lean against my backrest and ride in comfort. The good thing is that you either love the custom bars or hate them....for that reason alot of custom owners remove them and you can pick up the takeoffs dirt cheap.
For those with an '08 RK with fly By Wire throttle....check out PN 56902-08. These are Police Bars (not in the regular catalog). They are set up for FBW, and are about 2" closer to you and 1" higher. Seems the cops have a little more pull with HD when it comes to putting the right bars on from the get-go. Anyway these work great for me at 5'11". Now I can lean against my backrest and still touch my bars.....Didn't need to change any cables either.
