Default blacked out front end question

I blacked out the front end of my road king custom....headlight,forks,lowers crash bars.Bought passing/running lamps with the adapter to mount the front turns,I also have a dark windshield.I'm going to powder coat the passing/running lights.My question is would it hurt the brackets that attach thewindshield to the forks,would the heat warp it or make it so it would not line up again.not sure I need to powder coat it or not but the spot it attaches to will also be black so thought it might look better blacked out to....what do you guys think???

Thanks for your help.

it's a gradual heating process, there should be planty of "soak" time as the oven heat ups. I don't think it will be an issue. Warping occurs due to uneven heating.

I've been powder coating since 1999 and can tell you that the 400 degrees required to cure powder coating is not enough to warp even the thinest strip of metal. I've done lots ofheadlight/fog light visors with absolutely no problems. I mentioned them because I think they are the thinest metal parts on a bike. You won't have any problems.

No, it doesn't get hot enough to warp steel. 400 degrees is just enough to cook a good pizza

Don't forget to do the floorboards and other chrome parts;

No, what the coater will do is prep the item by media=blasting it to clean off the chrome so the coat has something to grab on
