When you ride to an event then walk around the rest of the day, these are the boots to do it in plus they are waterproof.
I just got a pair of these plainWolverines,http://www.shoestoboot.com/moreinfo....p;Category=348, on sale for $55 at the mall. Comfortable and very light for a steel toe. I also havepair of 10 inch Milwaukee Flex Soles that I like when cooler out.
Bought a pair back in 89. Paid what I thought was a fortune for them ($125).
Am on my 5th set of soles and they just keep getting better. Could walk for miles if needed. Oil them up once or twice a year to keep them waterproof. One of the best things I've ever bought.
