I was riding with a friend that went down in the gravel and the palms of both hands were messed up pretty bad by the gravel. I always wear gloves...fingered when it's cold...fingerless when it's warm.

Always wear full gloves in summer, warm gauntlet in winter. Never understood fingerless gloves. I have never beenriding in mid August during a heat wave, stopped at a long light and said to myself," Holy Sh-t my fingers are so fugging hot"! Sure wish I had fingerless gloves. But, like everything else, to each his own.

 

Almost always wear gloves. Have 3 different pairs depending on temps.

 

Hot, cold, wet, day, or night I wear full-fingered gloves.

 

Always were full gloves. In warm weather I use my perforated ones.

 

i always were gloves full finger in the winter. the only reason i weare fingerless in the summer is so that i don' sweet on the grips i had a pair of grips thechrome wore off i think it was because of sweet. but I aggree fingerless are worthless for protection.
