I bought a couple of bikes from ABC back in the 90's. I've since moved out of the State. Dennis (owner) always treated me fair and square. His son (John) was a good guy to deal with also. I had no complaints.
One of my local dealers has a 07 Ultra on the floor with 12 miles for $18000. I about crapped. If I was in the market for an Ultra I would have definitly concidered it harder. It is the army green and balck which hasn't been a huge seller, but I like it. Enjoy your bike when it comes! Bryan
I haven't dealt with ABC but when I was last in the market to buy they were high. I have a deposit on a FLHX to be picked up in May from this dealer. http://www.benbreecehd.com/ in Ottawa, Ohio. Good people to deal with, low service prices and have no frieght or set up charges on new bikes. Oh and always MSRP.
The bottom line is are you happy about the deal you got if so disregard my comments. You'll love the bike.
I just checked on a sheet that has their prices and your real close to what they would of sold the bike to you at the dealer I mentioned but they may be charging for freight and set up. The plus side is your closer to home and that's worth something. I guess I need to shop around more on my deal. I've heard Cummings HD near Flint deals on the prices.
Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI)
Standard
Security System Option
$345
California Emissions
$200
Freight
$345
ABS
$795
Cruise Control
$245
Ifthe priceincludes your 8% sales tax and local property tax, thats not a bad deal. Otherwise your paying to much in a market that is willing to sell at least 1000.00 under MSRP. I would go buy the 07 Ultra for 18000
IMHO
Congrats!!!! Great color choice. We almost pulled the trigger on a pac n black EG Classic before deciding on another Street Glide. Color is awesome. As far as the deal I think you could have done a little better. The offered us $20K even OTD on an EGC with cruise. And that was with $1100 negative equity on my trade.
