I have a Street and the rear tire is worn out. The dealer wants $180.00 for the tire is there any other place I can get the factory rear tire for a better price?

Is anyone running a K&N Air filter with the stock air assembly? If so does it help any at all? I would also like to know where i can get one at the best price.

I don't know about your area or the net, never bought tires on-line. I do know that locally here there is a shop that specializes in motorcycle tires and the price is unbeatable. I would say do some calling localy and shop around.

 

Yup...about right. Tires run roughly 100 bucks front, 125 rear...on line maybe a litle cheaper (but ya pay shipping in most cases), but the killer cost is R&R...HD here charges 80 bucks a wheel (and the stealer doesn't even bother to clean up and polish your wheels while the wheel and tire are off!)

 

I bought my Metz for $100 online and the dealer charged me $90 + tax to install it...
