M&M Cycles has the E-Z Brake for $131 + $9 shipping
Which catalog or part number did you use to see that price? I can only see the EZ Brake for $169+ at the M&M site. I was looking for the billet type that would fit a 2002 Fatboy FLSTFI. Thanks

OK, dumb question.....is the learning curve really high in order to get used to this lower and extended out brake pedal? Is there a safety issue until you get used to the pedal? This is the only thing keeping me from buying the Kuryakyn pedal 9061.
I would say it's just the opposite. The EZ brake allows you to leave your heel on the floorboard and modulate the brake pedal pressure just by pressing down with your toe, without having to move your foot. The standard Harley pedal requires you to pull your foot out from under it and then to "stomp" with no ability to modulate. The stock pedal is a POS as far as safety is concerned.

I just put the E-Z Brake and Shifter on my bike. I love the brake. It's much nicer to use than trying to bend my ankle up to reach the stock shifter. One down side is I didn't realize I was sliding my foot under the stock brake and can't do that now ... Guess my next mod wil be floor board extenders.

I'm still a little undecided about the shifter but I'm getting used to it. I kind of got used to having the shifter right on top of my foot ... I don't have the rear shifter so if I move the floor boards out, I may have to get a spacer and bring the shifter out to the end of the shaft.

I just ordered the Kuryakyn extended shift levers and inside both packages was advertising for the E-Z brake lever. These were p/n's right out of the Kuryakyn catalog too. So I'd have to say that Kury doesn't actually make any of these. They just resell them under their name and part numbers.

The E-Z Brake is sold, but not produced by Kuryakyn. The extended brake pedal (EBP) is produced by Kuryakyn. In the photos below you can see what the major difference is.....the brake pedal angle (the EBP is on the right). I went cheap and did the EBP and should have wentwith the E-Z Brake. The EPB pedal angle is too extreme. I have the Ness Brake pedal cover and due to the angle of the EPB my foot rests on the bottom edge of the cover which is chrome. No problem unless it gets wet. THen I have to lift my foot completely off the foot board and place it on the brake pedal cover to contact the rubber strips or my foot slips. The E-Z Brake looks like it has a much better angle for your foot.

One other note... I had the Ness brake cover on the stock pedal when I purchased the EPB. The EPB material is much thicker and I had a real problem getting the Ness cover on. Lets just say that they cover will never come off unless I cut it off, so if I buy the E-Z Brake in the future I'll have to buy another Ness cover. Not sure if anyone had this problem with the E-Z Brake.

Can anyone please tell me what the difference is between the EZ-Brake / EZ-Shifter compared to the Kuryakyn extended Brake pedal and the extended shift lever? There is quite a bit of difference between price. I'm wanting to move my floor boards forward 2" and then do the brake and shifter at the same time. I have a 34" in-seam and size 12 boot. Any information would be GREAT!!!
when you get done with the extension, will you post a review... I've been looking at the same thing and I'd love to hear about install and results

thanks
