43 and riding a 1990 FLHS since 40 and now added a 08 Ultra Classic to collection. I ride over 10,000 miles a year and want to be comfortable. I rode a sportster for ten years before I bought my first bagger. I didn't realize what I was missing.
I am 35 now and have had the road glide since last july. I love it. I had secretly always wanted one but could not ever justify spending the extra money on one. I previously rode an ironhead hotrod, and had two different v-rods. I had throw over bags for all of them. When my friendly neighborhood Harley dealer totaled out my previos v-rod after a service test ride, I went ahead and got the road glide I had always wanted. Man, I wish I had made that move earlier. I always have a big smile on my face everytime I ride. Simply the best bike I have ever had.
Bagged my first at 13! Whoops, you meant baggers! 54 and ridden for many years on non-baggers. Still own a WG and ride it locally. But the bagger is a dream to ride on the highway!
