I have an 03 Electra Glide ,and the CD player keeps saying bad disk, I even tried to use a lens cleaner.
Is there anything I should try before pulling it out ,and sending it in for repair?

If they are homemade CD's try using an original and see what you get out of it. If it still gives you the same reading it's the unit and not the CD. Sometimes homemade ones don't work as well.
