i bought a new lift for my '08 ultra yesterday. i couldnt wait to try it out. so as soon as i got home i put it together and slid it under my scooter. pumped the halnde and up it went....it works great.

my question.....while i had it on the lift i spun the front wheel...i could hear the brake pads against the front disk....kind of a scratching/rubbing sound...is this normal...will it cause heat to build up as i ride?

Sell the lift already. Ride it.

 

Yeah, a slight drag is normal.

 

It's normal. They all do that.

 

cant sell the lift...thats how imma wash that freakin back tire.
