you know, I was at San DIego Harley last Saturday, I was picking up a part, they have a free lunch for anyone who stops by on Saturdays, someone had the ***** to ride in for the free meal on one of those peewee herman pieces of ****, they parked it, I started laughing, they guy and the female passenger starred at me, could not hold back, never thought I would see one of those in person, thought they were only in adds, didn't think anyone woulde actually buy one.... others were starring, gaulking and making statements.... they left about 10 minutes later, the nerve, parking next to real American classic engineering... I feel certain that Victory will never be a real American company, isn't Polaris foreign?
The Victory Vision website says the bike is "Unmistakenly American". Sure glad I'm a Canuck! j/k
I think the Vision looks unmistakenly euro. Maybe even Parisienne. But, that's just my opinion. I'm sure the design team knew what they were doing. Now it's over to marketing.
The back end of the Vision is kind of different, although not my taste, looks OK. The front is just horrific.
It may handle well, it may ride smooth, it may have every high tech gadget known to man on board. I just don't like it.
I will say at least Victory is doing their own thing instead of copying classic HD's of yore like many Japanese counterparts. And I'm all for an American company being successful. The Vegas and Kingpinare pretty cool. Now the hard bags on the discontinued TC are the bee's knees. The built in light, rounded shape, I liked that.
Now I ask you, is this inspiration for the Vision?

Cheers!
Yup, probably made in Paris by those Parisites....
As far as I'm concerned Victory can get all of the Gold Wing business at least they are American and they aren't that much uglier than a wing! So all you wing buyers BUY AMERICAN!!
This statement is almost funny, If you go into your local Harley dealer and buy clothing or boots look at the size tag, 99% of the stuff is made in China or tiwan... Thats what really pisses me off....Premo prices for Chinese ****.....
Did you sit on it and get your picture taken with the hot babe?
I sat on it and one of them hot babes came over and asked if I wanted a picture taken with her on the back. (Guess I look like I can't get a hot babe on my HD). Told her I didn't even like the bike, why would I want a picture to remind me of that!
I did not see any hot babes when I was there, only a big dude. I really didn't want a picture him and I on the bike!!!
