The Baggers don't have the counter balanced engine thus more vibration at idle and smooth out after you get rolling. The counter balanced engines tend to idle smoother and get vibrations at the higher RPMs.

It is amazing to me how smooth the Ultra gets at speed.
My Wing would put my fingers asleep at highway speeds with its high freqency vibes. No vibes on the Ultra, but I love the way it idles at a light like a top fueler though.

I had a bad vibration at idle , It turned out to be the flywheels shifted. This could only be felt at idle, no vibes at cruise. Had .004 on the pinion shaft and .032" on the sprocket shaft. You could have a problem. Doc
