I guess if you don't mind jacking off a bicycle pump for an hour or two, it would work. Personally, I'll just keep on using my 5 buck mini compressor with the housing taken off.
I've got a Slime pump and it works great. It has a small case that includes every type of electrical connector you would ever need to power it up and it fits in the saddlebag like it was made for it. I put a Velcro dot on the case and on the saddlebag and it stays in place.
A buddy has the same set up and used it when he got a flat on the way to Sturgis. The Slime sealant wasn't effective; he still had a slow (but too much of) a leak after squeezing the bottle in because he said he couldn't get the wheel rotated to get the goop to the puncture well enough. He used his tire plug kit - the guy was prepared! - to stop the leak and get to a dealer. After his experience, I tossed the goop and got the plug kit.
The little pump that could inflated the tire from flat to 36 psi in less than ten minutes.

Umm.... I think your supposed to put the Ride-on in the tire before you get a flat...??
as the pictures above show....you can get a cheap walmart compressor and open it up...will be really small..try to find one with-out the gauge...i have used mine and it worked...
caution: the pump will get hot..very hot...AND when you rip-off the cover...caution as the little gears on the pump can catch on your fingers...
