Apes on the way

I've been debating on if I really wanted apes on the SG. After putting them on the Heritage I found out quick why people with them love them. Well today I finally broke down and ordered a set of 1 1/4Yaffe Monkey Bars. I want to change the inner fairing out to a vivid black fairing or I may just get mine painted at the same time of installing the bars. I'll post some pictures of the transformation.

thatll look sweet.

the only think thats holding me back from taller bars (not quite apes... maybe mini's) is the cost in extending all of the cables

Yaffe Monkey Bars? Which size you going with, the 12" or the 9"? I'm thinking about the 9" but I really like the fairing mounted mirrors...

Got 12.5 on my RKC.Best mod I did for it.And my back says "thank you" every time I ride.

I am getting the 12" Monkey Bars. I have the Wild One chubby 575s on it now so the mirrors are pretty useless now without some major shifting around to use them so if anything I think I will be able to see out of them better because I will be looking under...I guess only time will tell.
