Suck it up and bite your lower lip............you'll never do it again. Look at this way you've gained $10,000 or moreof knowledgefrom this forum, you're way ahead of the game.
Well, I appreciate everyones response. Good and Bad. I understand that this thread would draw different opinions. My main issue was them lying and the fact that they did not place the order when they said that they would. Which caused the parts to then be on back order which I understand but keep me in the loop. Communicate to me. Let me know this. Don't tell me one thing and then not follow up with me. Whether it's good news or bad news......I just want to know! And definitely.......definitely don't lie to me! There's no reason for that. I was also upset that I had to do the leg work to find the parts. I feel after they have had my bike for over 7 weeks without letting me know what's going on, that they should be the one looking. Being a teacher and high school football coach, do you realize the issues that I would have if I didn't communicate with my students/players or their parents? Or if I just flat out lied? I would be on the 6 o'clock news!!!
So I went to the dealership....notice I changed my term. I calmed down and took the positive approach. I spoke with the owner and showed him the printed email showing the lie from his employee. I also explained my issues with the lack of communication, not ordering parts when stated, etc. Without hesitation, he apologized. He agreed that lying to the customer should not happen at all. He also agreed that communication NEEDS to happen with the customer period. He even pulled up my order sheet which showed that they did not order the parts when they stated. He assured me that he would like to have me as a long term customer and wants to make the situation right. I didn't even mention the $132 but he did and gave me a gift card for the value. I want everyone to know that it really wasn't the $132, it was they lying, communication, and principle of the situation. I will FINALLY have my bike home this Friday. For that and for how the dealership handled the situation I am happy.
Once again, I appreciated everyones responses good and bad. I understand that everyone will have a different view and opinion about lots of things. It was my way to vent a little so............thanks for listening.

If you bought the bikes with 2K worth of accessories would we be wrong in assuming they had the specific items that were agreed to be installed using that 2K credit specified on the purchase order/contract? If you sat down and itemized every item that they were supposed to put on prior to delivery and agreed to it and that is what they are going to deliver it's a moot point on the "actual" cost of the items since that is what you "purchased"
