If you bought the bikes with 2K worth of accessories would we be wrong in assuming they had the specific items that were agreed to be installed using that 2K credit specified on the purchase order/contract? If you sat down and itemized every item that they were supposed to put on prior to delivery and agreed to it and that is what they are going to deliver it's a moot point on the "actual" cost of the items since that is what you "purchased"
I fully agree with this quote from Buddha4,the fact is this you sat down with your sales person, listed out all the parts you wanted with your $2,000 credit to sweeten the deal, you agreed to it and signed your purchase agreement on the bike including your extra parts, the fact that the dealer bought these parts from a supplier cheaper has nothing to do with your agreement you signed,I'm not seeing what you call principle here.
personally i would prefer to be remembered by the staff in a different way, especially when your really needing a problem solved, and looking for the dealer to go the extra mile for you. I think the $132.00 will come back on you in a negitive way.
