That has always been my biggest fear, either injuring or killing my passenger, or having a little kid run right out in front of you, on the bike or cage, doesn't matter. My prayers are with the family.

she wasn't preoccupied with doing something else.
In a way I feel for the woman.
But this is one of those times we need tougher penalties for these types of accidents.
No it won't bring the boy back, but if people know the penalty, they may be a little
more cautious, and we may reduce the numbers in the future.
The penalties of a moment of carelessness is what needs taught in drivers ed.!
