Default bagger rear fender no holes but mounting ones?

Hi members, I have aroadglide fenderthat I am going to put the streetglide fascia on, eliminate turn signal bars. any ideas on any aftermarket fenders that just have the tail light hole and mounting holes? or should I just have my body man just fill all the holes and paint it, I am shying away from the cheesy plug look. Thanks

if body mans half good Id just have them filled and repaint it.Ijust spent 12 hours reworking my rearfender, started out to just get rid of big *** tailight assem. ended up frenching plate and new tailight and adding in filler strips, appears no one makes fillers that work with the leather roadking custom bags.
