I am just getting ready to do this to my FLHTC. The part number that I ordered is No# 46565-04. It is a saddlebag guard kit for a RoadKing that I believe will work on just about all Touring bikes.

ive had a set of the custom chrome models as well. had them on my 98 flhr and now on my 06 flhri. i like the way it looks. my wife also always rides with me. much more comfortable for her.
for those of you with just the comfort problem though, they do make the saddlebag gaurds that kinda slope down from the top for that reason.
