Does anyone have the floorboard extenders that push the floorboards out towards the side, supposedly 3/4" or 1" I was considering putting these on the RK to give my long legs a little more space away from the tank. Are they worth it?
Yes, I have them on my '05 Electraglide along with the forward floor boards from Harley. I love them imensly, and swear by them. They have enabled me to ride without rubing my leg on the air cleaner, and I also have the Harley cruise pegs with Kurakyn Stirrup Heel rests that enable me to have at least 3 different positions for my feet when cruising. If you'd like pics, let me know.

Yes, I put the 1" ones that Soos a forum member here makes! I also raised my floorboards up one notch at the same time so I didn't lose any cornering clearance, it felt the same to me after a 15 min cruise
I've got em. Made em myself with 1" steel spacers and plastic bushings (so the bolts would fit right) from Lowes. Spray painted the steel spacers black and got new stainless bolts from my buddy that sells nuts and bolts. Good to go.
Nothing wrong with the kit you can buy from SOOS and others. I just like to tinker. And I had a cheap source (free) for bolts.

Ditto that - much more comfortable - especially true if you have, as my wife calls them, troll feet...
