RE: Stepping off guys, it's been a hell of a party
Joe,
You will be riding with all of us for years to come...we will keep you in our hearts and on the road with us as we ride. God bless you and your family my friend
RE: Stepping off guys, it's been a hell of a party
Wow, +1 for getting choked up here (or +160 at this point) Everyone has pretty much said it all for you here. My thoughts & prayers are with you and hopes that the docs are wrong - wouldn't be the first time. Treat every day as your last and you could have a few great decades head of you
RE: Stepping off guys, it's been a hell of a party
As many have already said, Joe you are an example of how to live your life. Not much thatI can add to this post other than God Bless you and your family during this very difficult time. My prayers and thoughts will be with you for a long to to come. As someone has already mentioned, you have made me reflect and take stock of what is important in life. Many of us really do not give the old cliche a second thought of "life is short" until something happens.
RE: Stepping off guys, it's been a hell of a party
..Joe...don't ever quit because a Doc told you to, but if it's meant to be...go knowing that you have touched a lot of people here, and your spirit will ride with each of us in the summers to come.....peace man....Semper Fi....
RE: Stepping off guys, it's been a hell of a party
OK everyone.
I've been in contact with Joe by PM's today and he wanted me to lock this thread so it can fall to the bottom and out of sight. He wants to be able to check on the forum from time to time without reading about himself. I will honor his request.
