avon tire alignment

avon tire alignment
I am installing a new Venom tire on the rear of my bike. I do not see any alignment dot or mark. Does any one know if they can be mounted any where as long as the rotation is right?

Not all Tire makers put the balance mark on there tires. As long as you have the rotation correct and balance wheel after you will be fine. I go through 2 to 3 rear tires a year and mount and balance my own tires and a lot of them have been Avons and I have never had an issue. Some day I hope to buy a tire machineso Ican toss out the tire irons and save my back.

The AVON rep told me to just mount and balance and if the weight is excessive to turn it on the rim and balance again. I have had to turn a few of the but I use the DOT mark to the valve stem as a starting point. I mount tires all the time,alot of AVONS, and run them myself.
