I have a 06 RK classic and was looking for a rear lowing kit. I have found many but they all say "will not fit hard leather bags" So I have 2 questions #1 Why? and #2 Is there a kit that will fit the classic with hard leather bags?
I used the Solow kit on the rear of my Roadglide last year and love it. I have been posting the website (listed in previous post) here for almost a year with good results for the members. I only know of one member that had to remove his and that was because he and his wife were just too big and bottomed out. Solow has very good quality stuff for much cheaper than you could get it from your dealer. Install is easy. Good Luck!
Unless you are lowering it for better footing, I would think twice about it. I lowered my 05 FLHRCI for the looks; I am an aggressive rider and have scraped my pipes and boards in hard turns a couple of times. Just be carefull!

I want to raise mine! I'm chewing the bottom of mine off with the stock shocks pumped up.
Is there a way to raise it? Is there longer shocks available? Maybe longer ones off of another MoCo bike?
As stated, if you lower your scoot, be very careful!
